Corona Del Mar

A community combining sophistication with laid-back Californian beach town cool.

Welcome to Corona del Mar

Refined coastal living in Newport Beach’s Crown of the Sea.

Corona del Mar is an affluent oceanfront community within the city of Newport Beach. Often abbreviated to CdM, the community stretches from sandy Pacific Ocean beachfront to the foothills of the San Joaquin Hills. The Pacific Coast Highway cuts through CdM a few blocks back from the beach. Running from San Francisco in the north to Los Angeles in the south, the highway makes it easy to access California’s premier coastal hotspots and major metropolises.

Corona del Mar’s development began in the early 20th century, and much of its real estate consists of mid-century single-family homes. Properties along the oceanfront tend to be newer, with spectacular glass-fronted contemporary architecture blending in with coastal bluffs and providing breathtaking views. CdM also features distinctive and exclusive neighborhoods such as the elevated Spyglass Hill to the north and gated communities including Campanilla close to the beach.
